Scotland County Hospital

Residential Terrace is a part of the Northeast Missouri Rural Health Network. The assisted living facility is located in Memphis, Mo., and along with the Scotland County Care Center, provides a variety of residential care services to its elderly residents. Residential Terrace provides intermediate care and skilled nursing, a special care unit and 28 beds. The cost of obtaining a residence at Residential Terrace is contingent upon the services that are needed. The assisted living facility accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and private payment. A physician must give an order for an individual to be eligible to live at the facility. Northeast Missouri Rural Health Network is a vertically-integrated health care network that links health care services by coordinating resources and expanding access.
