SSM Health Medical Group is located on the SSM Health DePaul Hospital campus, as an outlier building. 3440 DePaul Lane is located on the western side of campus. The main entrance is located on the north side of the building. Once inside, take the elevators to the second floor, and after exiting the elevators, the practice will be down the hall to the left.

"Melissa Armstead, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients 13 years and older. She provides primary and preventative care, such as annual wellness exams, well-woman visits, vaccinations and manages acute and chronic illnesses. She treats a wide range of conditions, including asthma, allergies, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, minor injuries, cold and flu symptoms, osteoporosis, contraceptives, thyroid disorders, depression and urinary tract infections. Melissa has always been passionate about providing comprehensive and lifelong care to families. Treating patients with compassion, kindness and respect is the cornerstone of her health care practice. She empowers patients with health education and resources to manage their health and aims to develop strong relationships with them to help them achieve their healthcare goals. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis and her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois."
