Erin Hall, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations and school and sports physicals. She specializes in managing minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, thyroid disease and urinary tract infections.
