Samantha Kizer, APNP-CNP

Kathryn 'Katie' Sitki, PMHNP, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing comprehensive psychiatric services for adult patients who are in urgent need of care due to mental health crises. She has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and psychotic disorders. Katie is part of the SSM Health Behavioral Health Urgent Care team, working within the Division of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuro at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Ananya Pathak, APRN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services for adult patients, ages 18 and older. She is focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions as well as preventative care and routine health screenings. Ananya is passionate about helping her patients feel better and live healthier lives, building trust with them and working together to manage their health and wellness. She educates her patients and helps them take ownership of their health, giving them the tools and resources they need to thrive. Ananya is with the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Dr Collin Chen specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, offering care for both adult and pediatric patients. He performs a variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures to enhance both function and appearance, including rhinoplasty (nose jobs), skin cancer reconstruction following Mohs surgery, reconstruction after facial trauma, and scar revisions. He also offers minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, such as Botox® and filler injections. Dr Chen is an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He practices primarily in the state-of-the-art SLUCare Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery office in West County.
