Rhythm Music and Performing Arts Studio was developed and created out of a dream. Michael and Tammy Scott took that dream and made it a reality. Together they have extensive experience in business ownership and management, musician development, professional music artist management as well as volunteer and humanitarian work. Due to their desire to offer music and performance students quality instruction that can also take artists to the next level of performance they created Rhythm Music and Performing Arts Studio to help students become well trained and proficient music and performance artists. They found New Town at St. Charles to be the perfect setting for encouraging and cultivating music and performing arts due to the original inspiration and vision of the community.
