The Restoration of Hope Project is a Missouri Department of Mental Health certified, NARR certified, and 501 c 3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to assisting ex-offenders in the re-entry process by providing outpatient substance use mental health disorder services, recovery housing, and resources for success.
