Rebecca S. Baskins, MD

Rebecca Baskins, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with Saint Luke's Primary Care. Her clinical interests include hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, thyroid disease, health maintenance, cancer screenings, and women’s health. She believes good communication is key to great primary care. Dr Baskins is committed to building a relationship with her patients, so they feel comfortable enough to share their concerns with her. She then works with them to reach their health goals. Dr Baskins wanted to be a physician for as long as she can remember, thanks to her childhood pediatrician. His excellent care inspired her to want to do the same for other families. Dr Baskins grew up in Independence, Missouri.
