Rapplean, Patricia A

Monica Washburn, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing and her Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Before joining the SSM Health Medical Group, Monica worked as a family nurse practitioner with SSM Health Express Clinic where she provided care to patients in an acute setting. Along with her work at the family medicine practice, Monica is also an instructor of new nurse practitioners and nursing students. She provides care to patients of all ages.

Abigail Schroer, APRN, MSN, FNP, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine, providing preventative and acute care services for patients of all ages. She offers her patients preventative medicine and immunizations; wellness checkups; chronic disease management services; acute care visits; and general health education services. Abigail has extensive experience across multiple specialties, including primary care, women's health, pediatrics, urgent care, intensive care, long-term acute care, and outpatient cardiology. This broad training has equipped her with the knowledge and clinical expertise necessary to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a compassionate environment.

Teona Moeller, is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science in nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Maryville University in Saint Louis, MO. As a nurse practitioner, Teona provides a wide array of health care services, including but not limited to treatment of minor acute problems such as colds, sore throats, earaches, flu and headaches; immunizations and preventative care; school, sports and work physicals; well-woman exams; and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, allergies, high blood pressure, etc. She sees patients by appointment and welcomes most insurance plans.
