Amanda Linn Fitness offers in person one on one training, small group training, and online coaching. My relationships and connections built with my in person and online clients are the most rewarding part of my job. Each one of you hold a special place in my heart and fuel me to become a better coach every single day. The trust and bond built is vital in my clients progress! As a 2006 graduate with a Bachelors in Psychology from Culver-Stockton College, I knew back then that my purpose in life is to help others. In 2008, I became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Its been nothing but ever since! Fitness and Nutrition Coaching is my passion and God given purpose. Ive had the blessing of experiencing my own journey all the while helping others through theirs, which is the greatest source of knowledge Ive found. Each and every one of my clients has taught me something new and has made me a better coach.
