My food was cold and my order was terribly wrong I asked for a four piece with no coleslaw and extra tenders and they gave me extra fries and they took forever to give us our food

I went through the drive through. The person working there was pleasant and competent. The area around the building was clean and well maintained. The food was well cooked and tasty.

why does the drive thru take 30 minutes when there are only 4 menu items? i considered getting out of my car as i watched customers go in, order, and leave all while i waited.
