rent increased 33% in less than three years...not acceptable...do not rent storage space from this company - you will regret it

Really just awful on a galactic scale. I have had a storage unit there for several years, then Public Storage bought the facility. Six months later, they increased the rent on the 10x10 space...

Was great till Public bought the place, now the floors and elevators are never cleaned. Raised the rates and drop in service not a good combination.

I stopped in for moving supplies and Lori (the manager) was super friendly and helpful. I had no idea how many boxes, rolls of tape, etc. I might need and she deftly helped me solve that...
