After hours and weekends: Physicians are available for emergencies and deliveries. Call 882-6900 and you will automatically be forwarded to our 24-hour answering service. For urgent care: Go directly to Labor & Delivery or the hospital Emergency Room And your physician or the on-call physician will be called. If you are expecting a call from us, be sure your phone is not set to block private incoming calls. Your Co-pay will be collected at the time of service. Please bring a current insurance Card each visit. Keep us current with your address and phone number. Allow time when requesting transfer of medical records and understand there will be a charge. Rescheduling: Please give at least 24-Hours notice. Recurrent long distance Phone calls to you may generate an additional fee. Lab work: Be aware that some labs are done in our office while others are sent to other facilities, as mandated by your insurance carrier. Pharmacy refill requests: Please allow 24-Hours. For ultrasounds: Pl ease drink 8 - 10 ounces of water, one hour before your visit. Please arrive 10 minutes early to update your forms, 30 minutes early if you are a new patient or if it's been 3 years or more since your last visit. No children over the age of 6 months will be allowed in the office.
