Lifeline supports independent living by allowing patients to get emergency assistance when they need at the touch of a button. In 2011, Serve Link opened a branch office in Brookfield as part of its acquisition of Pershing Health System's Home Health and Hospice programs. While Serve Link no longer provides Hospice care services, we continue to offer home health services through the branch office location for Linn, Chariton and Macon Counties.
