Prashant Jadon, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients ages 9 and above, including children, adults, and seniors. He offers a wide range of preventive services, including annual physicals, men’s health care, Medicare wellness exams, school physicals, and vaccinations. He treats acute and chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid issues, obesity, and mental health concerns.
