History

JR used to own a martial arts school. Decided to get away from teaching martial arts full time and started a bootcamp program shortly after. PowerFit Bootcamp started with 7 clients at one location and within 6 months increased to 60 clients, 7 locations, and 3 new instructors.

PowerFit Bootcamp will encourage, motivate, and help ayou to become the best you can be, both physically and mentally. Our program will help set you up for success. You will get a full body workout while learning how to implement proper training techniques that will produce results. As you are challenged to push through obstacles, you will learn the true meaning of perseverance.
