HistoryEstablished in 1970. Northland Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services has been a North of the River treasure for more than 40 years. Started in 1970 by therapist Bill Dunn, Frank Ferrantelle, P.T., purchased the practice in 1991. Ferrantelle, a Kansas City native and graduate of the University of Missouri School of Physical Therapy, continues to lead Northland Physical Therapy today. Since those early years, Northland Physical Therapy has grown from 4 employees to 20 and has added 2 locations. The North Kansas City office remains where Northland Physical Therapy began over 40 years ago, but now there are also Liberty and Barry Road locations, opening in 2001 and 2005, respectively.
