History

After 15 years in health care and corporate wellness, and seeing people struggle to make health changes, I decided to create and environment to make it easier and more fun. Everyone struggles with making time to take care of themselves and doing the things we know we should be doing. We don't need any guilt about it. What we need is a place to help us learn what to do, feel confident about doing it and enjoy doing it with others! That is what Rise and Shine is about.

Specialties

We provide individual and specific attention to help people improve their minds and bodies through fitness. We teach pilates mat and reformer classes, barre, cycle and interval. All workouts are tailored to the individual needs of each client. Our goal is to help people improve their health and well-being, by relieving stress, correcting muscle imbalances and providing a place of connection.
