This was a terrible experience! They butchered my Yorkie puppy and the cut looks like a toddler got a hold of scissors and a razor and just went to town! Never will I take a dog there again!

Most chain pet stores are awful at basic animal care, they never have humidity or temperature right and don't even get me started on the environment these guys are in.

I brought my toy poodle in today for a grooming with Karen and she did an AMAZING job, not taking any shortcuts. My boy looks like a little puppy again! We will be back to see Karen!
