Some of the workers are not qualified to do this work and will misdiagnose the problem. If you question them, the owner who essentially inherited the business will call you disrespectful.

Log the time they come in and leave: they will overcharge you a LOT!!! They may also have to come (like for me) three times before they advise you to replace the unit. But they will still charge...

They had a furnace filter in stock that I needed, and they accept Discover. The furnace filter is pricy, but it will last about 6-8 months.
