After months of hard work and a complete buildout of the space, P7 Fitness opened on June 30th, 2018 and is a locally veteran owned small business.
Specialties
Performance 7 Fitness is the only 7 Station, No Classes, 35-minute workout facility in the St. Louis area that encompasses a heart monitoring system and fitness coach for extreme results. Members exercise for 4-minutes at each station with a 1-minute active rest between stations.
