I ordered online. Picked up without a problem. Dagwood sandwich was good, fries were luke warm, cookies were stale and crumbly. Disappointed.

Our menu features an array of mouth watering Grilled Penn Station submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade. All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

Walked in to pick up my order, and the African American lady was eating my fries. Acted like she wasn't, tossed them back into where they scoop them from, then scooped them back into the container...

Waited 30 min for a sandwich. These people was so unorganized. Never again at this location if I could give a zero I would !!! Had my sandwich sitting for 5 min to "drop fresh fries"

Bucket of Raw Meat near the register. No mask like other businesses hence many customers come into support and get grub. Saw other reviews saying no mask either months ago. Saw someone saying no...

Penn Station has the best Philly cheesesteak sandwich I've ever had, it hits the spot every time. Plus they're always generous with their fries.
