They're not real cops. Thats a private parking business. As long as you dont live in the city, you don't have to pay those crooks. They can only tow you for not paying it if they find your playe...

Got a parking ticket after being inside the corner store for 5 minutes. Went to pay the damn thing online and the website said "no ticket found", now gonna have to go in and pay the stupid thing...
