Our Founders quite literally bumped into each other while out treasure hunting, and discovered a common interest in old, unique, and well loved pieces. After a couple of years collecting, they ran out of room & decided to open a store where they could share all of the really great finds. Each piece has a different story, some are known, some they try to guess or piece together, and some, well you could just say are a tad bit... Checkered... Oddly enough, those are the ones most everyone finds the most interesting!

Unique among Antique stores, Our Checkered Pasts offers a boutique shopping experience where you will find Victorian antiques, Art Deco, vintage kitchen, Primitives, vintage costume jewelry, and lots more displayed in creative & attractive vignettes styled by our interior designer. Inventory changes daily... what's here today could very well be gone tomorrow!
