Metro Emergency Transport Service is a privately owned ambulance service serving the communities in and around Joplin, Mo. METS is accredited by the Missouri Department of Health as a training entity and by the American Heart Association as a CPR/First Aid Training Center. METS offers a wide range of classes to the area emergency medical services providers and to the general public.
