This bridge has two access points. Be sure to type it in your gps if you want the Illinois side or the Missouri side. There is plenty of parking at either location. The Missouri entrance is gated...

Very cool to visit this historic spot! I went with my husband, but we didn't go all the way across. Amazing view of the river

so this is the fabled 69th Street Bridge in Escape From New York where Adrienne Barbeau gets cut in half by Isaac Hayes in a tricked-out Cadillac - chandeliers and all. I am totally not seeing it...
