The original 4.5 acre tract for the Spring Drive Parksite opened in the early 1960's. Because of heavy use, efforts were made to expand the park. In 1969, Howard and Irma Ohlendorf donated funds for the purchase of two tracts of 4.5 acres of additional land and another small tract in 1974.

Good play features for kids 2yrs and up. Kinda small in that there is just a picnic pavilion, grassy field and 1 playground area. Would probably be good if you wanted to play soccer or football bc...

This is the closest park to home and is for 5-12 year olds....what? Can't the playground have a few younger kid items to play on? This makes me so mad! What a pointless park for my two year old! I...
