New Mt. Sinai Cemetery is the oldest Jewish cemetery in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Founded in 1850, New Mt. Sinai is home to some of St. Louis' most prominent citizens. In 2005, New Mt. Sinai was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
