Neil F. Rebbe, MD

Board- certified in gastroenterology and hepatology, Dr. McDonough earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at Washington University School of Medicine, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and fellowships in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. During his fellowship training, he participated in the Rural Area Medical Outreach program providing colorectal cancer screening to the underserved population in southwestern Virginia. On staff at DePaul Hospital for more than 10 years, Dr. McDonough serves as medical director of the Hepatitis C Clinic.

Hani El-Halawany, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist. He graduated from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine. After completing his residency, Dr. El-Halawany has completed three fellowships. The first in gastroenterology from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine. The second in hepatology and liver transplantation from Temple University Hospital and a third in advanced interventional endoscopy from the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He is also fluent in Arabic.

Allison Haungs, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician. She graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Medicine. Dr. Haungs completed her residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Haungs provides primary care to adults, ages 0 and up, with an interest in preventative medicine, women’s health, pediatrics and LGBT medicine.
