I went with my 2 younger cousins age 9&11 and the male John was very rough and made all 3 of our nail beds bleed. He uses his thumb nail to push the cuticle down. Also the nails came out horribly....

They are great! This is the only place that gets my ingrown nails out without pain. It's always so much fun to come here. Everyone is nice and in a great mood. Especially TU she us so funny.
