Mohela has gone months without updating the credit reporting agencies which is adversely impacting all of us with student ed loans. Reinstate monthly CRA updates for the sake of our FICO scores!!!...

Just awful. Stressful and aways getting the runaround. Over 135min wait or 81 min to get a human? Maybe? They wont let me pay off one loan with the smallest balance. They keep splitting my payment...

Horrible. Forced into using them after FedLoan's contract with the government ended. They usually don't respond to correspondence and when they do, they answer questions you didn't ask. Stuck...
