Missouri Afterschool Network
The Missouri AfterSchool Network (MASN) is a statewide organization that works to improve, support, and sustain high-quality afterschool programs in Missouri. Established in 2002 with funding from the C. S. Mott Foundation and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, MASN brings together partners at the local, state, and national levels to build partnerships, advocate for policies, and create statewide systems for afterschool programs and professionals.
The Afterschool Leadership Team, a merger between the MOSAC2 Board of Directors NAA Affiliate and MASN Steering Committee, leads MASN's efforts in promoting the importance of afterschool, securing state funding, providing professional development and resources, and implementing the organization's strategic plan through various committees. With organizational members including 4-H Center for Youth Development, Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCA, and more, MASN is dedicated to building a strong network that supports the growth and success of afterschool programs across the state.
