Mikhail N Kosiborod, MD

Matthew Deedy, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiologist with Saint Luke’s Cardiovascular Consultants. Dr Deedy currently serves as Chair of the Cardiovascular Division of Saint Luke's Physician Group and Co-Executive Medical Director for Saint Luke's cardiovascular service line. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Dr Deedy has clinical interests in valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and preventive cardiology. He also has extensive training in non-invasive cardiology with a focus on echocardiography and critical care cardiology.

Sanjaya Gupta, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiac electrophysiologist with Saint Luke's Cardiovascular Consultants. Dr Gupta is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. His primary clinical interests are in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, including medical therapy, catheter-based ablation procedures and cardiac device implantation including pacemaker, defibrillator and cardiac resynchronization therapy devices.

Bethany Austin, MD is a board certified cardiologist with Saint Luke's Cardiovascular Consultants and is on staff primarily at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri. She subspecializes in Heart Failure, Cardiac Transplantation, and Mechanical Circulatory Support. She is a Medical Director of the Heart Failure Program and Chair of the Cardiovascular Evidence-Based Practice Team, as well as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine.
