Put a shack with good ventilation & fans on a river cove and fill with a bar, barstools, TVs and many corny signs and leave out running water......

Yes, it's a marina. No, there is no running water. Why? It's on a river. There are limitations. People who want to complain should start their own private marina. Anyhoo ... we've been visiting...
