Megan Huhman, FNP

Rafi Fasihuddin, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist who treats patients ages 5 and older. He specializes in diagnosing and treating various foot and ankle conditions, including bunions, hammertoes, ankle sprains, stress fractures, diabetic foot care, sports injuries, arthritis, and heel pain. He performs reconstructive and minimally invasive surgeries, such as bunionectomies, hammertoe corrections, Achilles tendon repair, ankle arthroscopy, total ankle replacement, external fixation for deformity correction, and amputations. Dr. Fasihuddin’s care is based on evidence-based practices and a commitment to restoring function.

Amresh Kumar, MD, is a nephrologist who treats patients ages 18 and older. He specializes in a variety of conditions and services, including acute kidney injury, electrolyte disorders, chronic kidney disease, kidney failure requiring dialysis, complications related to dialysis, bone mineral disease, and managing hypertension. Dr. Kumar chose to specialize in nephrology because of the effects of hypertension, diabetes, and kidney failure on many individuals in his family and community. He is committed to providing equitable treatment for all patients. He delivers high-quality care and empowers his patients to be active participants in their own care decisions.

Shaylyn Emanuel, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health who sees patients ages 13 and above. She provides a range of services, including annual well-woman exams and screenings; contraception counseling; family planning; prenatal and postnatal pregnancy care; general gynecology care; and vaccinations. She treats various conditions, including gestational diabetes, urinary incontinence, painful menstrual cycles, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and offers menopause education and management. Shaylyn provides holistic, patient-centered care that goes beyond diagnosis and treatment.
