Just wanted to say they came through people they actually sent me a check for my credit. Maybe not so bad but still they really need to work on their equipment and service.

I've had this company for three years and if there's a cloud in the sky or rain at all in 100% shuts down, no Internet no TV. Even if it's beautiful and sunny, it will go on and off constantly....

Terrible all around. Even more so now that they went from TIVO to their own little cable box and made even "live TV" go through streaming. Internet is constantly out, meaning no laptop AND no TV....
