Its banking group, Midwest BankCentre is community bank offering a full range of financial services with assets totally more than $600 million. Its steel pipe groups, Stupp Corporation a producer of custom-made electric resistance welded pipe for oil and gas and Bayou Coating LLC an applicator of coating for steel line pipe. Its fabrication groups include Stupp Bridge Company -- fabricators of highway and railroad girder bridges and Hammert's Iron Works, Inc. -- fabricators of structural steel for medium to large size commercial structures including assembly, parking and medical buildings. Stupp Bros., Inc. was formed in 1990 to provide strategic direction to companies owned by the Stupp family, primarily by setting criteria for ongoing operations and investments.
