Maryville Glass & Lock

In 1977 Maryville Glass came under the ownership and management of Bill and Greg Fisher from Beatrice Nebraska. When the Fisher's took over, Maryville Glass was operating out of an old gas station near the south edge of town ; this was the first of four locations where the business would operate as it grew over the years. In the beginning the core business areas were general glass and glazing, auto glass, vinyl tops, sunroofs, commercial storefronts and entrances, mirrors, table tops and anything else you might expect to find in a full line glass company. Maryville Glass expanded the services and product offering in the mid 1980s to include a full line locksmith shop and Raynor brand overhead doors. This is when the name also changed to Maryville Glass and Lock Company Inc It has since grown to include commercial steel entry doors and frames, residential and commercial finish hardware, residential replacement windows and doors, storm doors, high security key systems, and electronic access control. The firm has grown from two people to what are now ten employees who work from an 8500 square foot facility at the corner of 5th and Buchanan Streets in downtown Maryville.
