Marshfield Junior High School

Marshfield Junior High School enrolls students in grades six through eight and offers a variety of academic and extracurricular opportunities. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as Spanish, social studies, French, music, English, science, business education, mathematics, physical education and art. The school is classified AAA by the State Department of Education. It additionally offers special education and summer school programs. The school has a guidance counselor who provides guidance on various areas, such as skill development, career planning and exploration, and educational and vocational development. Its student council is the representative government of the student body and serves as a coordinating group for student activities. The school provides several sports activities, such as cross country, football, track, wrestling, cheerleading, basketball and volleyball. The junior high school is a part of Marshfield R-I Schools and is located in Marshfield, Mo.
