Margaret Rosanna Gray-Swain, MD

Dr. Rosanna Gray-Swain is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist. She has received various recognitions for her work, including St. Louis Magazine's Best Doctors, the Neville Grant Award for Clinical Excellence nominee, and the Academic Women's Network Leadership Award. She has interests in contraceptive care, bringing minor surgical procedures into the office, and caring for women of all ages. She enjoys providing obstetric care tailored to her patients' personal pregnancy goals and birth experiences, and she has experience guiding women through natural labor and water births, as well as coordinating with doulas.
