Taraneh Divanbeigi, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care services for patients ages 16 and older. She offers a wide range of health care services, including the treatment of minor acute problems; immunizations and preventative care; school, sports and work physicals; well-woman exams; and ongoing management of chronic conditions. Taraneh prioritizes the health and well-being of her patients by focusing on prevention and holistic care. She empowers them to take charge of their health through education, personalized guidance, and comprehensive assessments. Her goal is to foster long-term health and disease prevention thereby promoting higher quality of life for each patient.

Thelma “T.J.” Sampson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 18 years of nursing experience. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science degree in nursing from Maryville University. Her specialties include endocrinology and weight management for patients 16 years of age and over. Her medical interests include diabetes, thyroid disorder, metabolism, weight management, nutrition science and exercise. TJ has had experience with multiple specialties including endocrinology, diabetes, cardiology, pulmonary, oncology, orthopedics, infectious disease, nephrology, hospice and gastroenterology in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
