HistoryMy wife Emily and I have been coaching families for a combined almost 2 decades. We have helped many families achieve their health and wellness goals by coaching them with our proven fitness and nutrition systems. I've lost 90 lbs, decreased inflammation in my body at all my major joints, regulated my hormones, lowered my stress and a lot more while following our systems. Emily and I are constantly learning and growing so we can offer the best, quickest and most affordable systems, to transform the lives of the people we work with. When beginning our program you may start out as a stranger but you will become family before we're finished. We believe in building a unified community of non judgmental family members who are all trying to achieve the same goals of living a faith filled, healthier and happier life.SpecialtiesHere at Lifestyle Fusion we coach our clients to healthier, happier more active lives through coaching proper fitness, nutrition and lifestyle management techniques based on each client's personal goals. We strive to build a relationship with each member that takes us from coach to family. We specialize in nutrition based on a Ketogenic lifestyle and have helped hundreds of men and women with weight-loss, hormone regulation, decreasing inflammatory diseases and much more. On the fitness side we coach members in small and large groups, OCR training and Lifestyle Fusion challenges. We offer in-person and mobile training as well as how to prep and make all the nutritional recipe recommendations we supply.

HistoryWe are locally owned and operated and proud of it! We co-owners all worked at a local commercial gym as personal trainers and decided we were fed up with how clients/members were treated. We decided to start up a facility that is serviced based and everyone who comes through the door feels welcomed and taken care of
