Collinsville Rehabilitation & Health Care Center operates a social service department that offers various recreational activities. It provides dietary and nursing service programs. The center organizes holiday parties, cookouts, and music and exercise sessions. Collinsville Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a part of Petersen Health Care, which owns and operates several nursing and assisted and supportive living facilities. It also operates independent living centers and homes for developmentally disabled people.
