Charged $35 to install a zipper backwards and then wanted another $25 to redo it correctly. Greedy + incompetent. Shop elsewhere folks!

My search for a quality alteration person continues. I'll never come back to this spot. 2 1/2 week turnaround for the incorrect hem. Asked for cuff with full break but got no cuff with half break....
