It provides skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, respite, and short- and long-term care services through a team of specialists, physicians and therapists. Through its outpatient services unit, the Clark Community Mental Health Center offers psychiatric services through the outpatient program to those individuals requiring medication for stabilization.
