The corporation provides a range of heat pumps and generators. It offers trouble reporting and account update services. Intercounty Electric Cooperative provides equipment installation and security lighting solutions. The corporation offers a levelized billing program. It also administers the Operation Round Up program, which serves customers in Phelps, Dent, Wright, Shannon, Pulaski, Gasconade, Maries, Crawford and Laclede counties in Missouri. The corporation provides a line of air conditioners, as well as replacement solutions. It serves residential, commercial and industrial customers. Intercounty Electric Cooperative offers several discount options. It provides products from Generic Manufacturing Corporation and operates an electrical appliance department.

Associated Electric Cooperative is owned by and provides wholesale power to six regional generation and transmission cooperatives, which in turn supply wholesale power to 39 distribution cooperatives throughout Missouri, three in southeast Iowa and nine in northeast Oklahoma. Together the cooperatives serve more than 800,000 customers. Associated Electric operates two coal-based power plants and distributes portions of two other cooperatives coal-based power plants. It also maintains several natural gas-based generation projects, as well as oil-based and hydroelectric projects. Associated Electric maintains its headquarters in Springfield, Mo.
