Don Englebrecht Farm
Don Engelbrecht is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at UMBC, where he teaches and supervises students in various degree programs. With a focus on AI, ML, and VR Viz, he conducts research to advance computer science and enable discoveries in the natural sciences. As the Director of the Center for Space Sciences and Technology, Engelbrecht leads a team of over sixty UMBC faculty members, primarily based at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, in conducting NASA-sponsored research worth over $12 million annually.
