Sarah Sbarra, is a board certified nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science in nursing degree from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois in 2003 and her master of science in nursing, with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois in 2007. As a nurse practitioner, Sarah Sbarra provides a wide array of health care services, including but not limited to treatment of minor acute problems such as colds, sore throats, earaches, flu and headaches; immunizations and preventative care; school, sports and work physicals; well-woman exams; and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, allergies, high blood pressure, etc.

Megan Williams, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL) and her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University. During her clinical training, Megan focused on primary care and urgent care settings where she assessed, diagnosed and treated a wide variety of illnesses. Since 2018, she has been practicing as a nurse practitioner providing care to patients age 18 and older. Megan is a member of Student Nurse Association at UMSL and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Megan is married to her high school sweetheart and has one son.

Thelma “T.J.” Sampson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 18 years of nursing experience. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science degree in nursing from Maryville University. Her specialties include endocrinology and weight management for patients 16 years of age and over. Her medical interests include diabetes, thyroid disorder, metabolism, weight management, nutrition science and exercise. TJ has had experience with multiple specialties including endocrinology, diabetes, cardiology, pulmonary, oncology, orthopedics, infectious disease, nephrology, hospice and gastroenterology in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
