History
After years of practicing and teaching yoga all over the Metro, I consolidated my offerings in Brookside. I hired some great teachers and we offer all kinds of classes, workshops, and a yoga teacher training school.
Specialties
Friendly instructors teach a variety of styles including relaxing restorative and deep stretch, fundamentals and slow flow, vinyasa and aerial yoga. Special interest workshops are open to the public. Registered Yoga School - 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings.
