As an added benefit to patients, the providers at this practice are affiliated with Progress West Hospital, which allows patients to take advantage of expanded services and facilities. For Ob/Gyn patients, Progress West Hospital is the only hospital in St. Charles County with doctors from St. Louis Children's Hospital. It's also staffed 24/7 with pediatric inpatient nurses to care for our infant and child patients.

Teona Moeller, is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science in nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Maryville University in Saint Louis, MO. As a nurse practitioner, Teona provides a wide array of health care services, including but not limited to treatment of minor acute problems such as colds, sore throats, earaches, flu and headaches; immunizations and preventative care; school, sports and work physicals; well-woman exams; and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, allergies, high blood pressure, etc. She sees patients by appointment and welcomes most insurance plans.

Monica Washburn, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing and her Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Before joining the SSM Health Medical Group, Monica worked as a family nurse practitioner with SSM Health Express Clinic where she provided care to patients in an acute setting. Along with her work at the family medicine practice, Monica is also an instructor of new nurse practitioners and nursing students. She provides care to patients of all ages.
