Yesterday I came into the store and the woman who helped me was incredibly patient and helpful. Today I returned to exchange my shoes and she could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I've been here several times. Nice selection, high prices, and an incredibly rude manager, with no sense of customer service whatsoever. We took the time to call the corporate office to complain...

Super rude. Now that the competition is carrying more of the brands that this store carries I will not be back. Only a matter of time before their employs make them obsolete.
